Access Park Bellville · 27 March – 18 April 2026 · KMK Digital Studio

The Client & The Challenge

Access Park Bellville

Cape Town's premier multi‑brand retail park with 50+ stores including New Balance, Cable & Co, Jockey, Factory 88, Superga, FG Perfumes, Vital Shop, Cape Aqua and The Leather Crafts Man.

What KMK manages: Website management, Facebook & Instagram content, community management, campaign strategy & execution.

The Challenge

Drive foot traffic to Access Park Bellville during Easter & school holidays — one of retail's most competitive windows. Grow social following and showcase tenant stores — all without a paid advertising budget.

Constraints: Zero ad budget, 17‑day window, 8 tenant stores to coordinate, everything by one person (strategy to reporting).

Our Approach — From Idea to Execution

📄 01 · Proposal & Buy‑In
Drafted full campaign proposal, pitched to centre manager, secured sign‑off. Created tenant outreach document.
🤝 02 · Tenant Sponsorship
Approached 8 stores individually, secured R7,800+ in prizes, structured three prize tiers.
📅 03 · Campaign Layout
17‑day content calendar (27 Mar – 12 Apr). Mapped launch, spotlights, UGC roundups, countdown, winner announcement.
✍️ 04 · Content Creation
Wrote 19+ post captions with hashtags, tags, CTAs. Designed graphics on Canva, scheduled via Meta Business Suite.
💬 05 · Community Management
Monitored comments/DMs daily, moderated entries, managed winner selection & DM follow‑up.
