How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply to all enquiries within 1 business day. WhatsApp messages are usually answered faster during business hours.
Do you charge for the first consultation?
No. The initial conversation is free. If you want a deeper technical audit of your existing website, we offer a paid deep-dive audit from R2,500.
Do you work with businesses outside Cape Town?
Yes. KMK is based in Cape Town and focuses on Cape Town and South African businesses, but we work remotely with suitable businesses anywhere in South Africa.
What should I have ready before contacting you?
Nothing formal. Even a rough idea of what you need is enough to start. If you already have a website, share the address. If you're starting a business, tell us what you do.
Can I visit your office?
KMK operates primarily online, but in-person meetings can be arranged in the Cape Town area when it makes sense for the project.
Will you try to sell me something I don't need?
No. If we think your existing website just needs fixes or optimisation, that's what we'll recommend. If we think you're better off not working with us right now, we'll say so.
