Access Park Bellville — Shopping Centre Website Redesign.
A complete website redesign for Cape Town's premier shopping destination, plus a fully organic social media campaign that grew 1,571 followers — with zero paid advertising.
The Brief
The Challenge
The existing Access Park Bellville website was outdated and not mobile-friendly. With the majority of shoppers browsing on their phones, the old site was losing foot traffic before it ever reached the centre. On top of that, the centre needed to drive foot traffic during the competitive Easter retail window — with no paid advertising budget.
The Solution
We rebuilt the site from the ground up with a dynamic promotions blog and a comprehensive store directory. Then we designed and executed a fully organic 17-day UGC competition — #APBEasterStyle — securing R7,800+ in prizes from 8 tenant stores and driving record engagement across Facebook and Instagram.
